He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dudley and Lula Mae Warmath Dudley; and his brother Richard Thomas Dudley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Fair Dudley of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his children, Allen Wayne Dudley (Melissa) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Donna Ann Mills (Richard) of Somerville, Tennessee. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Dyer County Memorial Gardens (2455 St John Avenue, TN-211, Dyersburg, TN 38024).
