She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Keith McDivitt; her sibling Adair Forsythe; her parents, Judy Reeves Forsythe and B. A. Forsythe; her siblings-in-law, Vicky McDivitt, Richard McDivitt and John McDivitt (Lynn); and her parents-in-law, Jimmy Darrell McDivitt and Martha Delores McDivitt.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Keller McDivitt and Anne Ladyem McDivitt; her pet Donna; her siblings, Bradley Forsythe and Vivian Forsythe Archie; and her nieces and nephews, Scarlett McClure, Rhiana Archie, Ashleigh Murray, Jessi Agee (Jared), Michael Justin Townsend (Natalie), Jane Bradlee Forsythe, AnnLera Forsythe, Addie Bleed (Tim) and Rachel Townsend (Joshua).
