He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Harold Parker and Olieve Myers of Union City; and his siblings, Joyce Parker and Oliver Harold "Buddy" Parker, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wynn Parker; his daughters, Jennifer Parker Nelson and Vanessa Parker Presson; his stepson Jon Jai Baker; his grandchildren, Alexander, Brennan Hughes, Savannah, Virginia Webster, Nadia Presson and Lenox Baker; his great grandchildren, Kaden and Barrett Hughes; and his siblings, Jean Bell of Union City and Pete Parker of Dyersburg.
