She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Floyd and Amy Mae Cooley (Talliferro); and her husband Robert Joseph Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Phillips Edley of Covington, TN and Carter Phillips of Dyersburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Lauren Phillips, A. J. Phillips, John Carter Edley, Cadan Phillips, James, John Jerding and David Allen Phillips.
