It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francene Welch Epley of Dyersburg, Tennessee, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Deese Welch and Annie Mae Grant Welch; her husband William "Bill" Epley; and her nephew Russell Doyle Wheeler. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Bruerton of Dyersburg, TN and Christina Lynn Borden (Brad) of Jackson, TN; her stepchildren, Janet Epley Reese of Memphis and Barry Gene Epley (Dana) of Dyersburg, TN; her siblings, Sharon Rampey (Nolan) of Danielsville, GA, Brenda Chapman of Lakeland, TN and Grady Deese Welch (Kim) of Finley, TN; her grandchildren, Caroline Love Borden, Annabelle Henley Reese, Richard Thomas Lunn and Logan Brice Epley; her nieces, Sandra Wheeler Bennett (Bruce) of Danielsville, GA, Kristen Welch Willis (Chris) of Dyersburg, TN and Whitney Claire Welch of Dyersburg, TN; her great-niece Elyse Bennett of Danielsville, GA; and her great-nephew Wyatt Willis of Dyersburg, TN.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
