He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eugene Howard and Geraldine Kimbrough Howard. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pounders Howard of Newbern, Tennessee; his sons, Trevor Howard (Kelsey) of Dyersburg and Jimmy Perry (Amber) of Kenton, Tennessee; his siblings, Janice Howard of Newbern, Laura Gail May (Robert) of Newbern, Tennessee, Kevin Ray Howard (Tina) of Nashville and Gary Howard (Diane) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Cali, Raylyn, Marvin and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
