He is survived by: his children, Kenny Curtis of Dyersburg, Rodney Curtis (Pam) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Tamara "Tammy" Castleman (John) of Union City; his brothers, Leslie Curtis of Waverly and Randall Curtis of Waverly; and his great grandchildren, Jagger Williams (Hannah), Jonathan Williams (Hannah), Sarah Williams and Hadassah Williams. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
