With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Mullen Stanley in Dyersburg, Tennessee, born in Brownsville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 31, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Trail and Martha Blackwell Mullen. She is survived by: her children, Jason Stanley (Michelle) of Dyersburg, TN and Stephanie Stanley Van (Bryant) of Bradford, TN; her siblings, Jesse Mullen (Shirlene) of Brownsville, TN, Ann Haynes (Johnny) of Brownsville, TN and Mary Mullen Prince of Bartlett, TN.; her grandchildren, Jake Stanley, Brock Stanley, Kathryn Van and Emily Van; and her close friend Margaret Allen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home (1280 S Dupree St, Brownsville, TN 38012). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
