He is survived by: his mother Annette Hawkins; his wife Paula Hawkins; his children, Brian Hawkins (Caitlin), Tiffany Stroup (Dustin) and Brandon Alexander; his grandchildren, Katie Hawkins, Keith Hawkins, Jr., Rooster Hawkins, Bradley Buffington, Blake Stroup, Lillian Alexander and Niall Alexander; and his siblings, Ricky Hawkins (Laura) and Kim French (Allen).
