She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Hart and Zilphia Melvinia Hart; her husband Richard Ramey; her son Raymond Anderson; and her siblings, Lavenia Sollis, Otis Hart, Norris Hart, Howell Hart and James Hart, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Carol Westmoreland of Dyersburg, TN; her daughter-in-law Melba Anderson of Newbern, TN; her siblings, Alma Jean Alexander of Paris, TN and Joseph Hart of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Cary Sims and Christy Deal; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Austin, Brittney Deal and Abby Deal.
