He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Baker and Shirley Mitchell Baker. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Baker (Matthew) of Ripley, Tennessee, Tabitha Baker Jordan (Dustin) of Jackson, Natalie DeBerry (Jason) of Jackson, Tennessee and Andrew Bailey (Jacque) of Dyersburg; and his brother Terry Baker of Jonesboro, Arkansas..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
