He is survived by: his wife Tia Braddy Weeks of Dyersburg, TN; his children, Ty Weeks (Mallory) of Dyersburg, TN and Carly Jo Weeks of Dyersburg, TN; his sister Melissa Hall of Dyersburg, TN; and his grandchildren, Madeline Weeks and Brett Horner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
