He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Gregory Needham; his parents, William "Otto" Becklehimer and Dora Ada Asbridge Becklehimer; his siblings, D. F. Becklehimer, Moody Becklehimer, Billy Joe Becklehimer, Shannon Becklehimer, Irma Garrison and Susie Sipes; and his niece Kim Jarvis.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Shawnda Stanford (Trae) of Alabama. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dyersburg Funeral Home (420 US-51, Dyersburg, TN 38024). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Neely's Chapel Cemetery.
