He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Davis and Laverne Wilkerson Davis; his wife Geraldine "Jerry" Davis; his sister Lucille Chaffin; and his great grandchild Lilly Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Diana Davis of Cordova, Thomas Davis, Jr. (Peggy) of Paris, Andy Davis (Jane) of Dyersburg and Mark Davis (Cindy) of Molino, FL; and his grandchildren, James Davis, Angela Davis, Anthony Davis, Jr., Jacob Davis, Jeffery Davis, Jonathan Davis and Joseph Davis. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
