He is survived by: his children, Samuel Jefferson Williams of Halls, James Thomas Williams of Pulaski, Tennessee, Mary Ruth Williams of Dyersburg and Teresa Darlene Sweatt of Dyersburg, Tennessee; and his siblings, Terry Wade Williams of Double Bridges, Johnny Walker Parker Williams of Double Bridges, Linda Jo Buckner of Lauderdale County, Sandra Kay Craft of Madison County and Joan Dale Moody of Madison County, Tennessee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
