He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson W. Davis and Margaret Deaton Richardson Davis; and his son William Edward "Will" Davis, II. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen Davis of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his children, Landon Davis of Dyersburg, Dawn Alexander of Dyersburg, Amanda Davis of Dyersburg and Kristie Davis; his brother Wilson Davis, Sr. of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Alexander, Alyson Whitworth, Morgan Wall, Madison Faulkner, Layla Davis and B. J. Solorsano. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
