She was predeceased by: her husband Knox Phillips; and her sister Carolyn Kirk. She is survived by: her sister Amy "Kathleen" Emberg; her brother-in-law Jerry Phillips; her nieces, Samantha Wright (Jermie), Jessica Felts (Scott), Melanie Franklin, Roxanne Phillips-Tays (Zeth), Halley Phillips (Michael) and Amy Giannopoulous; and her friends, Sally Wilbourn and Tawanda Jones. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends who were blessed by her warmth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
