It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Vaughn of Eagleville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Annie has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nathan Parker and Amy Armstrong Parker; her husband Norris V. Vaughn; and her grandson Tommy Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Walter Thompson (Evelyn) of Murfreesboro, TN and Richard Vaughn (Amy) of Shelbyville, TN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Plunkett Cemetery.
