He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Maynard Crick and Lillie Frances Davis Crick; his wife Mary Evelyn Allen Crick; and his daughter Emily Susan Crick Rucinski. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Beth Crick Curlee (James) of Eagleville, TN; his siblings, Robert Curtis Crick of Little Rock, AR and Frances Ellen Victory-Oldham of Murfreesboro; and his close friend Reba Mitchell of Smyrna, TN.
