He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Helen Jett McAdams. He is survived by: his brothers, Randall "Royce" McAdams of Alabama, Charles McAdams (Hala) of Eagleville, Joe McAdams of Springfield and Jim McAdams (Bonnie) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
