He is survived by: his wife Debbie Skinner; his children, Stacey Harp (Troy) and Brent Skinner (Laura); his grandchildren, Caroline Harp, Corbett Harp, Cam Harp and Katie Grace Skinner; and his sister Rena Faye Skinner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (203 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at the Eggleston Cemetery.
