He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Smith; his children, Nealie Smith (Blake) and Jesse Smith; his siblings, Kathy Anderson (David Malloy) and Jason Smith (Samantha); and his nieces and nephews, Elliott Anderson, Asher Anderson, Milan Smith, Jared Smith, Laura Moore (Bobby), Ann Weber, Trevor Lau, Dustin Lau (Anna), Chris Lau, Genevieve Lau-Owen (Tchaka), Kyle Weber, Bradley Weber (Alicia) and Kayla Ward (Tim).
