He was predeceased by : his parents, John David Couch and Myrtle Gross Couch of Chattanooga; and his son John Derrick Couch. He is survived by : his wife Connie Couch of Chattanooga; his daughters, Kimberly Couch Wilkey of Hixson and Michelle Couch Cagle of East Ridge; his niece Connie; and his nephew David Couch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
