With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Nelson of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Nelson. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Dan Scott, Elaine Kastendieck, Tommy Baker, Mike Scott, Greg Scott, Robin Osborn, Chris Scott, David Scott, Loretta Baker, Mark Hampton and Dana Scott.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
