He is survived by: his wife Donna Cagle; his daughter Cindy Lovelady (Steve); his granddaughter Ashlyn Ballew; his great grandchildren, Haven Ballew, Makenzie Ballew, Maddie Ballew, Jade Ballew and Matthew Ballew; and his siblings, Wanda Cagle (Dawn), Kathy Cagle (Blaine) and David Cagle (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412).
