He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Mary Cooper Carroll; his wife Elizabeth Anderson Carroll; his brothers, Roy Lee Carroll, Jr. and Bobby J. Carroll; and his son-in-law Neil Wiser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Wiser and Joy; his son-in-law Tony Little; his grandchildren, Thomas Wiser (Justina), Michelle Burton (Steven) and Michael Little (Kathryn); and his great grandchildren, Maci, Lexi, Alli Wiser, Angela, Robby and Anthony Burton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
