It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Edward Garner of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Garner and Lorene Garner; and his son Joshua Smallen. He is survived by : his daughter Brandi Locke (Jeff); his brother Donny Garner (Mary Martin); his grandchildren, Braxton Lukas Locke, Britton MacLaine Locke, Christian Smallen and Morgan Whitmore; his niece Bailey Cobb (Zack); his nephew Tyler Garner; and also, Christa Thornton and Lara Munford.
