He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Jane Pendley (Murmur); his great grandchild Duke Dunwoody; and his brother Raymond Pendley. He is survived by: his wife Betty Pendley; his children, Tonya Mullins (Andy), Dessa Hall (Eddie), Leon Pendley and Keith Pendley (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Zach Lane (Jessica), Amber Jones (Jonathan), Drew Mullins, Travis Mavity (Jill), Kevin Hall, Jerrica Pendley (Craig), Slater Pendley (Olivia) and Emily Dunwoody (James).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lakewood Memory Gardens (4621 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411).
