She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Scott and Cindy Adkins; and her half-sister Audrey Bisson. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Scott (Cheyenne Phillipps) of Chattanooga, TN, Benjamin Scott of Ringgold, GA and Halie Rushing of Chattanooga, TN; her sister Terri Scott (John Joy) of East Ridge, TN; and her husband Anthony Quinn of Rossville, GA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
