He was predeceased by: his wife Vicky Hodge; and his parents, Horace Hodge and Myrtle Hodge. He is survived by: his children, Janet Ray (James), Tammy Kniat (Joe), Angela Bloodworth (Jeremy), Tommy Hodge (Kim), Willie Hodge (Keena) and Steven Hodge; his brothers, Harold Hodge and Grady Hodge; and his close friend David Long. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
