He was predeceased by : his parents, Creed Murrell and Shirley Murrell; and his brothers, Billy Murrell and Roger Murrell. He is survived by : his wife Vicki Murrell; his sons, Harold Steven Murrell (Terri), Kevin Murrell, Dustin Murrell (Erica) and Ethan Murrell (Courtney); his grandchildren, Leah, Lexi, Addy, Maddy, Jayden, Kasen and Harold Tyler Murrell; and his siblings, Darrell Murrell (Sheila), Tim Murrell (Tammy), Terry Murrell, Dewayne Murrell, Kathy Cupp, Karen Allen (Hagen), Lisa Allen (Michael) and Teresa Allen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
