With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allison Newton Dugger of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham W. A. Dugger and Jane "Zudy" Dugger (Hicks) of Missouri; his brothers, Mathis Dugger, Roy Dugger, Charles Dugger, Dewey Dugger and William "Bill" Hicks; and his nephew Randy Dugger.
He is survived by: his son Allison "Wayne" Dugger of High Point; his sister Wanda Dugger Guy of Johnson City, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Dani Payne and Christopher Dugger; his nieces, Jill Plummer, Valerie Dugger and Brenda Dugger; and his nephew Dexter Hicks.
