She was predeceased by: her parents, Beamer Hale and Frances Merritt Hale; her brother C. M. "Mike" Hale; and her nephew Todd Hale. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Ornduff; her daughters, Pamela "Pam" L. Ornduff of Franklin, Mona G. Ornduff Evans of Elizabethton, TN and Kelly L. Dale (Albert Dale) of Spring Hill, TN; her granddaughter Dr. Courtney Evans of Hanover, PA; her stepgranddaughters, Hannah Hinton (Harrison) of Hendersonville, TN and Mary Ashley Dale of Madison, TN; her great grandchildren, Grace Hinton and Violet Hinton; her nephew Mark Hale of Elizabethton; and her goddaughter Ashley Tetrick of Johnson City.
