She was predeceased by: her father Jett Dugger; her husband George Randolph Loveless; and her siblings, Jimmy Dugger, Laura Taylor, Luster Pate, Virginia Wilson, Sue Dugger and Hannah Whitehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Lethcoe (Kenny); her grandchildren, Cara Carr, Jackson Richerson of Mobile, Alabama and Nora Grace Richerson of Mobile, Alabama; and her close friends, Jeff, Sandy Carr, Debbie Wilson, Sandi Harris, Haynes Carr, Sandy Hill, Ruth Mottern, Sherri Pierce and Kathyrn Perry.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 125 Lane Hill Road, Elizabethton, TN 37643 in honor of Artha.
