She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessee Eugene Pierson and Margaret Berry Lay; her husbands, John Wayne Yoakley and Raymond S. King; her children, Robin Leon Yoakley, John Wayne Yoakley Jr. and Dawn Marie Yoakley; her grandson Isaac Yoakley; and her sisters, Wanda Pierson Cretsinger and Charlotte Pierson Lovejoy.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Lee Yoakley; her grandchildren, Shalyn Kay Marie Burns and Jonas Aridius Yoakley; and her siblings, Karen Pierson Lyons (Michael) and Ronald Pierson, Sr. (Nancy).
