He is survived by: his wife Judy Byers West; his children, Laura West of Elizabethton and Michael West of Elizabethton; his niece Mareya West; and his sisters, Cindy Crawford and Jo West. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
