She was predeceased by: her parents, William I. Powell and Vada Kessinger Powell; her husband Herbert L. Mackley; and her brother Henry. She is survived by: her sons, Herbert W. Mackley and Chad Mackley (Angel); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Logan, Dylan, Alysa, Ethan and Evan Mackley.
