He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maggie Stout and William Ed Stout; his wife Janice Potter Stout; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Moffett, Helen Blevins and Brenda Sneed; his nibling Creed Guy; and his pets, Ace, Maci, Rosie, Peanut, Chipper, Lady and Aspen.
