He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Francis and Shirley Widner Francis of Jonesborough; his wife Susie Francis of Elizabethton; his sons, Dakota Francis (Rayna) of Elizabethton and Tristan Adams-Francis of Greenville; his sister Missy Hoss (Robbie) of Jonesborough; and his nephew Justin Hoss of Johnson City.
