He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rash and Vesta McQueen Rash; and his siblings, Edna Rash, Ruth Estep, Pamela Gardner, William Rash (Billy) and Harvey Rash.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Rash; his children, Carl Lindsay Rash II and Linda McClure (Mitchell); his stepson Jerry Taylor (Robin); his siblings, John Rash and Patricia Rash; and his grandsons, Andrew, Scott Heuiser, Josh Jones, Ezekiel McClure and Casey Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
