He is survived by: his siblings, Robert E. Harrah of Clarksville, MD, Thomas Ray Harrah of Laurel, MD, Larry L. Harrah of Lewes, DE, Virginia Elizabeth Bost of Clarksville, MD and Helen Marie Childers of Fairlea, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
