He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Campbell; his wife Margaret Campbell; his sister Shirley Herbert (Morgan); and his daughter Carrie Ann Campbell. He is survived by: his children, David Campbell (Angel), Douglas Campbell, Kelly Roberts (Anthony) and Daniel Campbell; his grandsons, Cole Ensor (Addyson Higgins), Clayton Campbell, Jackson Campbell and Jonah Roberts; and his brother Robert "Bob" Campbell (Cathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
