She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Treadway Hendrix and Charles Howard "Kim" Hendrix, Sr.; her husband Carmon E. Dugger, Sr.; her children, Carmon E. Dugger, Jr. and Christine G. Dugger; her grandchildren, Kimberly C. Harper and Curtis J. Dugger; and her siblings, Nancy M. Spires, E. Dawn Stover and Charles Howard Hendrix, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Catherine D. "Cathy" Harper, Curtis P. Dugger and Charles F. Dugger (Diane) of Elizabethton; her grandchildren, Martha Dugger, Cristin Dugger, Adam Dugger, Brian Dugger and Ellie Dugger; her great grandchildren, Nox, Helaiyna Reyes, Maggie Dugger and Ashton Dugger; her great great grandchild Coraline Dugger; and her sisters, Janene Allen and Linda Shelton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Dugger's name to Southside Christian Church in Elizabethton or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
