She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Shepard and Stella Williams (Church); her siblings, Callie Marie Berry and Paul Scalf; her grandson Billy Wayne "Peanut" Hilton, Jr.; and her son-in-law Billy Wayne Hilton, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Ed Williams; her daughters, Kathy Hilton and Ann Andrews (James); her grandchildren, Jeff Skeeter Bowers, Jamie Andrews, Kelly Hilton and Jesse Wallace; her great grandchildren, Corbin Hilton and Reagan Shelton; her brother Jerry Shepard; her nephews, Eli Shepard, Darrell Williams (Donna) and Ernie Berry (Jodee); and her sister-in-law Barbara Williams.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton At (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
