She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Rice, Jr. and Dorothy Jane Tipton Rice; her boyfriend Benjamin Forbes; and her sister Loretta Gail Jennings. She is survived by: her daughter Shara Ross (Kris); her granddaughters, Aly and Vivian Ross; and her brothers, Eric Rice (Patsy) of Lake City, FL and Marshall Rice (Lance Rice). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
