He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Bacon and Lula Price Bacon; his wife Helen Louise Willis; and his siblings, James Bacon and Elsie Little.
He is survived by: his son David Bacon (Judy); his granddaughters, Brandi Parsons (Timothy), Kimberly Ensor (Charles) and Katie Saylor (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Gabriel, Elijah, Bishop Parsons, Reagan and Greyson Ensor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
