She is survived by : her sons, Troy Perkins (Cindy) of Dacula, GA and Steve Perkins (Nancy) of Elizabethton, TN; her grandchildren, Meagan Perkins (Angelo Canella) of Atlanta, GA, Dr. Alex Perkins (Tara) of Granger, IN and Margo Perkins of Atlanta, GA; her stepgrandson Adam Polk (Jennifer) of Lexington Park, MD; her great grandchildren, Cora, Clara and Christa Perkins of Granger, IN.; and her siblings, R. V. Arnold and Louise Rash.
