With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Louise Ward Foley of Elizabethton, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Odis Ward and Polly Ward (Gentry); her mother-in-law Ruby Foley; and her brother-in-law Al Foley. She is survived by: her husband Lee Foley; her children, Jason Foley (Marlee) and Keisha Smith (Josh); her grandchildren, Thea Foley, Sarah, Al Smith, Kameron Martin, Kylar Cham, Kayleb Campbell, Parker, Jameson, Dinorah Fernandez, Xander, Cora Hendrickson, Adelynn and Matthew Asher; her siblings, Eddie Ward, Sandra Ward, Pam Ward and Ardie Rosenbaum; and her nephews, Jamie Heaton and Danny Robinson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tetrick Funeral Home (211 N Riverside Dr, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601-7107).
