He was predeceased by: his parents, Elige Norris and Aretta Arnold Norris; his wife Brenda Combs Norris; and his brother Douglas Norris. He is survived by: his daughter Felicia Heaton (Ronnie) of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Catherine Elizabeth Heaton of Elizabethton and Gavin Hayes Heaton of Elizabethton; and his sister Georgia Carr (Bud) of Elizabethton.
