She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Hyder and Rhoda Sims Hyder; her husbands, Quinton A. Richardson, Mell J. Estep and Curtis Smith; and her sons, William "Bill" Richardson of Elizabethton and Rick Quinton Richardson of Elizabethton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Keely Richardson Goodwin, Cory Richardson (Krista), Scottie Richardson Hoogkamp and Brent Richardson; and her sibling's children, Tony Hyder (Linda), Brett Hyder and Jill Hyder Long (Lemont). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:50 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park.
